Vapor Xtreme Patent Award and 3rd Party Test Results

The Woodlands, TX-   Vapor Xtreme Technology reduces CO2 emissions in flaring operations and produces Hydrogen from the Methane in the Natural Gas.  Vapor Xtreme supports the reduction of emissions utilizing a method employing biodegradable environmentally friendly chemical technology.  This novel technique delivered a chemical mist to effluent Methane (CH₄), initiating a permanent change to its molecular structure and ensuring that the Carbon and Hydrogen atoms could not recombine during the flare.  Hazardous gases like H2S are neutralized as well.

On October 11, 2022, the U.S. Patent office issued a full patent to the holding company, Aes Sedai Technology LLC.  Patent number 11,466,546 B1 is the result of years of collaboration and completion of successful field testing and 1st phase 3rd party testing.  The recent testing completed at Southwest Research Institute (SwRI) confirms the assumptions of the patent.  Testing resulted in a significant reduction in CO2  emissions and  Hydrogen production.

Future plans are to bring this technology to service field flaring operations, flaring in chemical plants to reduce CO2.  and develop a Hydrogen Production Facility utilizing Natural Gas.  “This is game changing technology to reducing the CO2 emissions in flaring.  Making H2 production affordable by taking a production company’s “trash gas” to produce Hydrogen.  Producing H2 at reduced production cost will bring this clean fuel to market quickly” said Alicia Heiskell of GPS International LLC.

Vapor Xtreme’s dramatic reduction in CO2  emissions and production of Blue H2 would fall under the new 45V tax credit. On August 22, 2022, the Inflation Reduction Act of 2022 (the Act) was signed into law. This Act includes $369 billion in energy and climate spending with an unprecedented focus on clean Hydrogen. Specifically, the Act introduces a clean Hydrogen Production Tax Credit (PTC) and broadens the existing Investment Tax Credit (ITC) in Section 48 of the Internal Revenue Code (Code) to apply to Hydrogen projects and standalone Hydrogen storage technology. The Act further bolsters the Hydrogen economy by enabling taxpayers to stack bonus credits and to capitalize on direct pay, as well as allowing the transfer ability of hydrogen-related tax credits.
